Tux Realty is looking for a qualified individual to oversee a development project in Costa Rica. The position would require relocating to the Tambor area throughout the development.

Construction and project management skills are a must.

Duties would include the oversight and management of subcontractors developing a 40 acre multi residential community. Basically you would be our eyes and ears on the ground reporting back progress and developments amongst the local trades.
